Tony arrived home from work to an empty apartment, again. He sighed and put his keys down opening the fridge and took out a bottle of jack daniels whiskey and some coke. He put some ice cubes in his cup and poured the two into the cup together. He put the bottles away and went over to the couch turning on the tv and plopping on the couch taking a sip of his drink

For the past month, Candice had been away on location in the bahamas doing a swim suit shoot for Victoria's Secret. After her test shots, it seemed like her modeling career had gone full blast. From a few ads for local stores to a swim suit ad for VS. She couldn't believe her luck. But, being away from home, from Tony, for a month was easier said than done. She didn't get to call him that much, even though she had a cell phone now. But she was home now, and the only thing she wanted to do was be held by him, talk to him, just be with him. So she was dropped off at the apartment and walked to the door. She used her key to open the door. Her hair wasn't long anymore, it was cut to just brushing her shoulders. Her skin wasn't too tan, but it had a sun kissed glow about it. She was carrying an over night bag that was stuffed to it's limit with clothes that she got to take home from the shoot. She was wearing a flowy lavender mini dress and sandals and had sunglasses pushing her wavy hair back from her face.

Tony heard the door open and as he was taking a sip of his drink. He set the drink down and turned his body to face the door. It was Candice, and she looked completely different. It's only been a month and there have already been drastic changes to her hair, her clothing and Tony wondered if her personality changed. "Hey...." he said standing up "they cut your hair?" he asked still noticing how now it was by her shoulders

Candice set her bag down and closed the door behind her. "Yeah, they did, they said my split ends were 'catastrophic'" she said in a overly dramatic way. She walked over to where he was sitting and sat down on his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck "but do you like it?" she asked, no paying attention to the fact that he smelt like alcohol.

As she sat on his lap Tony rested his hand on the small of her back. "uh yeah....I'm just not used to seeing you with short hair, I guess it will take some time to get used to it" he said with a small smile

Candice smiled, happy that he didn't hate it. "I missed you so much, everyday I couldn't call you nearly killed me" she said hugging him close to her

Tony hugged her back a little "its....its fine" he said trying his best not to complain about it.

Candice sensed that he was holding something back, but she didn't want to pry it out of him. She smiled anyway and kissed him lightly "I'm so glad I'm home" she said

He smiled a little more "me too" he said and started to kiss her again

Candice grinned before letting him kiss her again. Part of her was afraid that he liked having his apartment back to himself, or that he had met someone else while she was gone. But now she knew that they were silly worries to have.

He leaned forward on the couch kissing her lips then started to kiss her neck

Candice smiled to herself as he did this, running one of her hands through his hair

Tony missed the feeling of her hands running through his hair. As he kept kissing her neck his hands slid down to her legs

Candice wrapped her legs around him, "bed?" she said in his ear before kissing it lightly

Tony moved down to her collarbone. He heard her say bed and honestly it's been so long that he didn't care where they were "what's wrong with the couch" he said in between kisses and his hands rubbing her legs lifting up her dress just a little bit
